WFCU Centre Box Office

Tickets to all events at the WFCU Centre can be purchased in person on event days only beginning at 11:00am at the Box Office located at the main gate inside the WFCU Centre.

Ticket sales are also available 24 hours a day online at www.wfcu-centre.com

Box Office Hours

Open on Event Days beginning at 11:00am

On all event days, the box office is open until at least 30 minutes after the event begins.

During the first ‘on sale’ day for each event, the box office must assist all customers who are purchasing tickets for that specific event first. Those customers who are purchasing tickets for other events must wait until the ‘on-sale’ line has been served.

Acceptable payment methods include:

• Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
• Debit
• Cash

Personal cheques will NOT be accepted.

REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased at the Box Office, at any outlets, online or via the phone. In the event of a show cancellation, all ticket fees and/or charges may not be refunded.

REPRINT POLICY

In the event that your tickets are misplaced, lost, or stolen, you will be subject to a reprint fee per ticket that is reissued at the box office. Windsor Spitfires ticket holders needing tickets reprinted will be charged a $2.00 per ticket fee, while all other events are subject to a $3.50 per ticket fee. Tickets can only be printed day of event.
