Professional Meetings and Large Events

The WFCU Centre is designed to suit your needs – and has various rooms available for your use!

Whether it’s a quick business meeting, full day seminar, or multi-day corporate events the WFCU Centre can provide you with various options and spaces, including built in AV needs.

Rental Room Overview

Collavino Reception Hall

Dimensions: 70′ x 74′

Located on the main floor with a private entrance from the parking lot.
Ideally suited for large social events such as fundraising events, business workshops, training sessions, and exhibits, etc.

Amenities include:

• Video projector and screen
• Acoustics for video presentations featuring surround sound
• Laptop plug-in to audio/video systems
• Microphone options for presentations
• Adjustable lighting
• Adjacent commercial kitchen

Crown Royal Lounge

Dimensions: 32′ x 70′

Located on the concourse level of the WFCU Bowl area, the lounge is equipped with a full bar where our in-house caterer, Spectra Food Services, offers complete food and beverage services.

Michigan, Superior and Huron Rooms

Dimensions: 25′ x 45′, 45′ x 50′, or 45′ x 78′

These bright, sun-lit rooms are located on the second floor with elevator access. These three rooms can be rented as one large room or divided by retractable walls into a single, double or triple room.

Amenities include:

• The Michigan Room is equipped with a warming oven, fridge and sink.
• There is granite flooring throughout all three rooms as well as many windows to provide natural light.

Ontario Room

Dimensions: 25′ x 55′

The Ontario Room is located on our second floor and opens onto an outdoor patio providing a wonderful opportunity to take in some fresh air during break or lunch periods. The room features a built-in screen and ceiling-mounted projector.

Amenities include:

• Video Projector and screen with DVD player
• Excellent acoustics for video presentations featuring surround sound
• Laptop plug-in to audio/video systems
• Microphone options available for presentations

St. Clair Room

Dimensions: 25′ x 46′

The St. Clair Room is located on the second floor and opens onto an outdoor patio providing a wonderful opportunity to take in some fresh air during break or lunch periods. It has a kitchenette within the room making it an ideal room for showers and social gatherings.

Amenities include:

• Refreshment area with counter, microwave, warming oven and sink

Erie Room

Dimensions: 25′ x 26′

The Erie Room is located on the second floor. It’s an ideal room for meetings, small showers and social gatherings.
